Intensely vigorous across the board, this cross of P. ussuriensis and P. communis will handle -50° F with ease, and then go on produce a bumper crop the following summer! The smaller, round, somewhat tart fruit is good for canning, but customer reports indicate that Jubilee’s best use is for fermented pear cider– Perry!
