Cutie Pie: -50°F with occasional injury. Prunus cerasus X P. fruticosa. Ripens in mid July. Brix = 18-20°. A later release from University of Saskatchewan; not a member of the romance series, but with very similar genetics. An early ripening cherry with a very compact growth habit,making it especially well-suited to containers or small gardens. Fruit is smaller but sweet. Self-fertile, but yields will be higher with another variety nearby.
