Discovered by Claude Jo-licoeur of Quebec. Ripens in mid September. Green with red over-lay. This is the debut appearance of this Jolicoeur cider apple in the SLN catalog. It has been characterized as similar to French cider varieties. Will yield a high volume of low acid, medium sugar, high tannin juice. The tree is a notably annual bearer of attractive 2.5” fruit.
